Artist Statement

The rich set of historical buildings in St Paul inspire me to make ink sketches, and to explore the history of the local area. Some of the park sculptures inspire me to appreciate nature and meditate on the purpose of today's life.

Artist Bio

I have been doing ink sketches since I was about 3 years old. I followed my father and started with sketches of old brick or stone bridges across the canals around Toulouse, France. Our family's love of history and architecture has carried on through the years, as I take my sketch book wherever I may be traveling. I do have a permanent display at the House of heArt 2 B&B in St Paul, and I have exhibited at the local Art Crawls and Festivals.
