Call for Vendors

The Solidarity Street Gallery is inviting local vendors to set up a stand or table at our art and cultural festival.  We welcome vendors from all ethnic and cultural groups to come and join the fun and excitement - and showcase and sell their products and services.

Types of Vendors:  The Solidarity Street Gallery is accepting applications from food, arts & craft, and retail vendors, as well as non-profit organizations interested in "tabling" at the event. We’re excited to help you showcase your ethnic/specialty food,  artworks, handmade goods, services and more!

Pricing and Dates:  We are giving vendors the option of being at the festival for one, two, or all three days.  Our registration fee structure is as follows:

  • $25 for one day (Thu. Sept 23rd or Fri. Sept 24th)

  • $35 for one day (Sat. Sept 25th).

  • $45 for two days

  • $55 for three days

All registration fees must be paid in full, before the event, to be issued a vendor permit for a designated location.  Registration fees are waived for non-profit organizations.

Equipment:  All vendors are required to bring their own equipment (Tables, chairs, etc). There may be exceptions made for start-up BIPOC vendors.  Please note in the registration form, linked below, if you need any assistance with set-up.

For more information or inquiries, please contact Claire Thomas at or (651)288-8755.

Apply to be a part of the Solidarity Street Gallery now!  The deadline is August 30, 2021.
