Welcome to SOLIDARITY STREET GALLERY 2024 - the fifth edition of our annual, one-of-a-kind fine-art exhibition and cultural celebration. For three days, on October 4 + 5 + 6, the historical Payne Avenue business district will be filled with inspiring art as it turns into a lively street fair and uplifting community gathering.

Our celebration brings outstanding artists to the East Side of Saint Paul and makes their work available and accessible to all. Our theme this year is ‘Migration and Memories.’ It acknowledges and celebrates that we all came from somewhere. It invites visual artists, musicians, and poets to share their personal migration stories and cultural memories, and to engage our neighbors and visitors in exciting conversations about their roots and heritage. Our event involves many of our local businesses in these conversations as they make their storefront windows available for art displays, set up tables along the sidewalks and offer food or retail specials during the celebration. Additional vendors and non-profit community organizations will also host tables or booths.
Join us on the first weekend in October. Come on over Payne Avenue in St. Paul, between Lawson Ave and Phalen Blvd. Meet the artists. See their amazing work. Learn about other cultures and their histories. Get to know your neighbors. Make new connections and friendships. And join in solidarity with neighbors and guests to build community.
