New this year, the Environmental Mini Fair brings the heart of our theme to life — a lively Saturday gathering where caring for our shared home becomes something you can touch, make, and take home with you.

Stop by on Saturday afternoon, and meet the organizations working to protect and restore the world right outside our doors. Peer inside a living observation beehive, mix your own packet of native seeds, learn how the water beneath our feet flows to the Mississippi, and discover the trees, gardens, and wild places that make the East Side thrive. Bring the kids, ask questions, get your hands dirty — there's something here for every age and every curiosity.
